Combine a tech geek, media maven and seaweed-loving hippie and you might come close to defining Hana Abaza.
An entrepreneur by nature, Hana started her first venture (a lemonade stand) at 10 years old in partnership with her neighbours, which raked in a whopping $75 in its first week of operation. Without a full understanding of the concept of profit sharing (and much to the chagrin of her entrepreneurial parents) Hana gave all of the earnings to her partners in an effort to supplement their non-existent allowance.
Rest assured she has learned since then.
She is the co-founder and CEO of Wedding Republic and annoyingly curious about everything. Always in pursuit of knowledge, she is constantly learning useful and useless information. She has occasionally been known to fall into uncontrollable laughing fits and used to teach martial arts professionally.
